Called during the measure pass of a layout cycle to get the desired size of the AbsoluteLayout.

Remarks
Application developers can override OnSizeRequest(Double, Double) to change the default behavior thata is triggered when a child is removed. When doing so, it is recommended to call the base OnSizeRequest(Double, Double) method and then modify the dimensions and locations of the children directly.
