Founders Hub Portal

The Founders Hub Portal is the primary tool to manage your Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub membership. Here you can:

  • Update company profile information and team members
  • Find, activate, and manage program benefits
  • Submit a program support request
  • Request Azure technical guidance (benefit access dependent upon program level)
  • Use AI assistant to help you quickly answer your questions about how to navigate Founders Hub, build with Azure, take best advantage of Founders Hub benefits, and more.
  • Try AI quick start templates.
  • Monitor your Engagement score. [Applicable only to Azure credit offers of $25,000 and above].
  • Learn how to get more benefits.

Submit Support Request

  1. Sign in to the Founders Hub Portal.
  2. Select the "?" icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Select "Submit a Support Ticket". Attach relevant documents or screenshot of errors as needed.

Update Your Information

To update your startup name, address, or email:

  1. Sign in to the Founders Hub Portal.
  2. Select the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen. This icon is located next to your profile picture.
  3. Choose "edit" on the "My profile" tab, for the field you would like to change.
  4. Select "Save changes" to update.

If you updated an e-mail address, check your mailbox for a verification e-mail.

How can I get help with errors updating my Founders Hub profile?

  1. Sign in to the Founders Hub Portal.
  2. Select the "?" icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Select "Submit a Support Ticket". Attach relevant documents or screenshot of errors as needed.

Changing Team Members

How do I add a team member?

  1. Sign in to the Founders Hub Portal.
  2. Select the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen. This icon is located next to your profile picture.
  3. Select "Invite a team member" on the "Team Members" tab .
  4. Add your new team member's email address and click "Send invitation".

Your team member receives an email invitation. They need to accept the invitation for this step to be completed.

Do my colleagues need LinkedIn profiles to be added to our Founders Hub account?

Yes, a LinkedIn account is required to access the Founders Hub portal.

How do I remove someone from our Founders Hub account?

  1. Sign in to the Founders Hub Portal.
  2. Select the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen. This icon is located next to your profile picture.
  3. Click the trash can icon next to the user you want to delete, on the "Team Members" tab.

Note: Teammates can't delete a Founders Hub administrator.

How can I reassign the administrator role to another teammate?

The following steps need to be completed by the current administrator.

  1. Sign in to the Founders Hub Portal.
  2. Select the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen. This icon is located next to your profile picture.
  3. Click "Transfer admin permission" next to the user you want to promote, on the "Team Members" tab.
  4. Confirm you want to make the transfer.

If the Founders Hub administrator has left the organization contact support at aka.ms/startuphelpemail.

Our Founders Hub account administrator has left the organization. How can I change the owner?

The previous administrator is asked to email startups@microsoft.com indicating the correct new administrator. If it isn't possible to obtain this confirmation, contact support at aka.ms/startuphelpemail.

Founders Hub Data

How do I export data from my Founders Hub profile?

  1. Sign in to the Founders Hub Portal.
  2. Select the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen. This icon is located next to your profile picture.
  3. Select "Export account data" on the "My Profile" tab.

How do I delete data from Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub?

Only Founders Hub account administrators can complete this action.

  1. Sign in to the Founders Hub Portal.
  2. Select the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen. This icon is located next to your profile picture.
  3. Select "Delete account", on the "My Profile" tab.

This action will also close out associated Visual Studio and Azure licenses.
