Microsoft 365 Copilot for Service licensing

Before you can use Microsoft 365 Copilot for Service, you must purchase a license and assign it to a user. Perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Copilot for Service.
  2. Select Buy now, and then complete the steps to purchase the license.
  3. In Microsoft 365 admin center, assign or unassign licenses for users.

Create Microsoft 365 Copilot service agents

To create agents, go to the Copilot for Service admin portal, select Pre-configured service agent or Custom service agent, and then complete the steps in the wizard.

Deploy Copilot for Service in Outlook and Teams

You can deploy Copilot for Service in Outlook and Microsoft Teams through the Microsoft 365 admin center. The app can be integrated with Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Salesforce. Learn more at Deploy Copilot for Service
