Business value
Several retailers pointed out that a segment of their employees have a native language that is different from the language used in that country. Multilingual support is designed to bridge language barriers and facilitate seamless communication across diverse linguistic contexts. It allows users to ask questions in their native language and retrieve relevant answers from documents written in various languages. It streamlines processes and simplifies operations, reducing language barriers for in-store associates.
Along with multilingual support, we plan to extend copilot template for store operations features to different languages (e.g. Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) enabling customers from several countries to explore these generative AI features.
Feature details
This feature empowers associates to select copilot template for store operations in the language of their choice. Associates can configure the language of their choice to interact with copilot template for store operations features. This feature leverages Azure translator services to convert input/output language provided by associates and connects with Azure Open AI services and Azure AI search. This feature provides answers to the questions or summarizes information irrespective of the language of the documents or data.
