The Factory Safety Agent in Copilot Studio is designed to enhance workplace safety for factory workers. This low-code version agent is part of Microsoft Copilot Studio suite of tools that lets you build intelligent, actionable, and connected agents to support employees and customers. Easy to integrate within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, these agents can be used in everyday tools like Microsoft Teams to provide answers to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines. Additionally, the agent offers features to streamline safety inspections and personalize safety training for the workforce.
The solution is customizable, so you can tailor it to your organization's specific needs and information sources. When you add your knowledge sources, the agent can reference these sources and provide responses.
The agent helps factory employees follow standard operating procedures during incidents and automates safety inspection using custom configurations in Copilot Studio.
The use cases for the agent depend on the configuration done, but generally include:
Allows employees to ask questions from health and safety-related knowledge sources (public websites, documents in a SharePoint folder).
Helps generate an incident summary and share it via email using Microsoft Copilot Studio connectors if an employee experiences an incident.
Assists employees in converting their handwritten notes into a digital summary, making it easy to share during an incident or after an inspection.
Generates training materials for employees based on the provided health and safety documents.
