Through integrations with other apps, the Fundraising and Engagement solutions streamlines the user experience and reduces the amount of staff time spent on processes and workflows.
The enhanced email experience in Fundraising and Engagement lets users write and send emails directly from the record they’re working on.
The enhanced email experience requires system admins to enable it to make it available to users. For steps, go to Set Regarding and email tracking or Set up enhanced email.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
LinkedIn Sales Navigator lets Fundraising and Engagement users instantly access the largest professional network in the world for personalized insights, updates, and communication. For more information, go to Integrate LinkedIn Sales Navigator solutions for Dynamics 365 Sales.
