Business value

Providing a consolidated view of benefits that an employee is enrolled in is a key part of helping employees understand their benefits package. The benefits statement can be printed for multiple employees by the benefits administrator or by the employee in Employee self service.

Feature details

The benefits summary statement includes:

  • Coverage by benefit area and plan type.
  • Employee contribution for benefits.
  • Employer spend per employee.
  • Flex credit spend (if applicable).
  • Dependent coverage.
  • Beneficiary details across eligible plan types.
