Remarks
This SecurityKey will be used to check the signature. This can be helpful when the SecurityToken does not contain a key identifier. If both IssuerSigningKeyResolverUsingConfiguration and IssuerSigningKeyResolver are set, IssuerSigningKeyResolverUsingConfiguration takes priority.
