Sets the retention policy of items in the specified conversation. The SetRetentionPolicyForItemsInConversation(FolderId, RetentionType, Nullable<Guid>) method is applicable for clients that target Exchange Online and versions of Exchange starting with Exchange Server 2013.

Parameters
- contextFolderId
- FolderId
The identifier of the folder whose items will have their retention policy set. If the value of the contextFolderId
parameter is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), the retention policy of items across the entire mailbox are set.
- retentionPolicyType
- RetentionType
A value indicating whether the tagged object is to be archived or deleted.
The retention policy tag identifier. A a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) value will clear the policy.

Calling this method results in a call to Exchange Web Services (EWS).
