Kind of encryption protector. This is metadata used for the Azure portal experience.

Resource location.

The name of the resource.

SystemData

Azure Resource Manager metadata containing createdBy and modifiedBy information.

Uri

The URI of the server key. If the ServerKeyType is AzureKeyVault, then the URI is required.
