A class representing a collection of MediaServicesAccountResource and their operations. Each MediaServicesAccountResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a MediaServicesAccountCollection instance call the GetMediaServicesAccounts method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
