A class representing a collection of CommunicationServiceResource and their operations. Each CommunicationServiceResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a CommunicationServiceResourceCollection instance call the GetCommunicationServiceResources method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
