A class representing a collection of DefaultBillingInvoiceResource and their operations. Each DefaultBillingInvoiceResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of TenantResource. To get a DefaultBillingInvoiceCollection instance call the GetDefaultBillingInvoices method from an instance of TenantResource.
