A class representing a collection of BillingTransferDetailResource and their operations. Each BillingTransferDetailResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of BillingInvoiceSectionResource. To get a BillingTransferDetailCollection instance call the GetBillingTransferDetails method from an instance of BillingInvoiceSectionResource.
