A class representing a collection of BillingInvoiceResource and their operations. Each BillingInvoiceResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of BillingAccountResource. To get a BillingInvoiceCollection instance call the GetBillingInvoices method from an instance of BillingAccountResource.
