How can I unblock stuff on a school laptop?

So, I have a school laptop, and I was wondering; Is there ANY way that I can either bypass the Microsoft store restrictions (BTW, wsreset is blocked), and/or bypass website blocks on the internet (I use google chrome). I know how to get into the system files, but I don't know what to delete. Also, does anyone know how to get past the admin password thing?
