I have MS 365 for Business - I have set up a number of Teams and added guests to them. I have gone into the settings to allow guest access to Team etc. I have sent out invites to guests for a Team meeting BUT only some can access the meeting - others were unable to access the meeting via Teams app or online app. Is this an issue in my settings or is it their end and if so what info can i give them to enable them to access the meetings- thank you

Thank you - i have checked settings in as much as guests can join etc but I will definitely read that article thank you

Here is a quite similar problem.
You could delete this guest account from the Azure Active Directory.
https://portal.azure.com --> Azure Active Directory --> Users.
Delete the user. Then invite a user again.
