upgrade windows version

how to upgrade fron windows 10 home (digital registered) to windows 10 professional (with key)?

Thank you, but it didn´t work.
I made an offline installation, when asked I ordered Upgrade, than I used the general upgrade-key and coul activate the version wit the key from the seller.

slmgr.vbs should be located in \windows\system32 directory. You can also try calling explicitly.

• cscript %windir%\System32\slmgr.vbs /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
• cscript %windir%\System32\slmgr.vbs /ato

Hi,

Based on my research, this error code related with activation error.

Removing the pc from the network before hitting start, switch WiFi connection off or unplug network cable maybe helpful.

Windows will upgraded itself to the Professional version after a reboot. Then you can able to activate the PC with a valid Windows 10 Pro license key.
