2023-08-16T04:01:09.8+00:00 In all honesty, I have been at this for over a year since i bought the HP 250 G7 Notebook PC.
I came with Windows 10 and keeps blocking out. I upgraded to Windows 11, same thing. I tried a million and one troubleshoots. I read all the comments and reviews, both on Google, and Microsoft, and watch almost the Youtube videos, and still nothing.
Now, I'm of the conclusion that the Hard Drive that comes with this PC is the issue, or it can be that the Windows 10/11 OS available on the Microsoft Website actually has a bug.
NOTHING WORKS and all of these comments and recommendations are just a waste of time. -

2021-10-06T15:03:10.95+00:00 Step 4. - Win 10 - dcomcnfg -> edit PerAppRuntimeBroker App ID {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}
Error message is: "One or more of the permission entries attached to Registry Value has an unrecognized or application specific (callback) type and cannot be displayed."
"To remove the unrecognized and callback permissions entries click Remove. ..... To leave .... unchanged and display only recognized in read only view click Cancel."
I click Cancel
There is an unknown user ID (not GROUP): S-1-15-3-1024 etc. Also displayed are ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES and SELF.
Restarting DCOMCNFG has no effect. I worry that if I click REMOVE if will change or block some Microsoft weirdness connected to MSFS 2020 Flight Simulator.
Your thoughts?

This is a Image related to cause of event CLSID {2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54} and APPID {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}
When Disabled DCOM Component PerAppRunTimeBroker is Avoided and Error should not re-run under Event Manager.
