@Jenny Feng @Anonymous Status: I called volume licensing team, they could not do much and redirected me to MSDN support. MSDN team not familiar with this and asked me to open a ticket with Windows 10 group.
Windows 10 Eval to Licensed copy upgrade
I have downloaded a windows 10 VM from below: Windows 10, version 1909 (10.0.18363.418) Windows 10 SDK, version 1903 (10.0.18362.1) Visual Studio 2019 (latest as of 01/15/2020) with the UWP, .NET desktop, and Azure workflows enabled and also includes the Windows Template Studio extension Visual Studio Code (latest as of 01/15/2020) Windows Subsystem for Linux enabled with Ubuntu installed https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/virtual-machines/ Now, I am a MSDN subscriber with all valid licenses. How do I upgrade my eval to licensed version of windows 10? Thank you!
