    Hi @FarrelAlFeshal-3361
Thank you for Reaching Out Microsoft Q&A Platform.
I Understand that you are looking for a key vault account which is named Dreamerinheye this is your account, but you were blocked but you want to consider your application workplace as a Key Vault Person / Cryptographer.

To achieve this, make sure you get your access back on your key vault. Once you get that access you can use your application to access the key vault. I believe you have developed your application based on the guidelines provided in this document: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity-platform/quickstart-register-app?tabs=certificate. once you configure an application, kindly provide the application with necessary permissions and Grant admin consent. Once the consent is provided, the application becomes a service principle. Service principal represents a user, group, service, or application that is requesting access to Azure resources.
To enable your application to manage key vaults, you must assign the Key Vault crypto roles to it. For instructions on granting access to your application, please refer to this document: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/key-vault/general/rbac-guide?tabs=azure-cli.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
