Hello,

I am unable to activate the Azure Learn Sandbox for the module: "Exercise - Explore the Learn sandbox".
When attempting to activate the sandbox I receive the following error:
AADSTS500200: User account '******@pm.me' is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account.

Same issue here. None of the posted answers are helping. It appears to be an inherent issue for self-studying the AZ900 course without an organization?

Can we get an actual Microsoft person to take a look at this?

    Hello,

I believe I'm running into the same issue and cannot access Microsoft Learn sandboxes while working through a module.

    I see the following error:

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '18fbca16-2224-45f6-85b0-f7bf2b39b3f3' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

When I switch to incognito mode, the error changes to:

I suspect this issue occurred because, when I initially activated the sandbox, I was signed in with three different Microsoft accounts - one personal and two work accounts. It seems they may have gotten mixed up. Could you please help me resolve this?

    What worked for me:

    1. Created a new user in portal.azure.com
    2. Linked the new user to my original user on the user profile (so i keep track of my courses on the same account)
    3. Log in as the new user in the course and sandbox was loading fine (it did remove the old sandbox that was added under original user and created a new one under the new user)
