Hi,
In Sept. 2024 I have bought an Office Licence for a Mac. This licence has been sold by AGM Software.
It was OK until today but now It does not work any more (the rule at the top does not allow to open a file nor to type a new one). It looks like if the licence which I have installed was a Preview licence which has now expired and not a real 2024 Licence as expected. AGM web site does not exist any more. It looks like I have been cheated.
Any help from you ?

Philippe .. exactly the same issue for me. Any luck with MS Support ?
I have sent an email to AGM and thay sent me a link for downloading a new Office file which is actually working. For how long time ? Who knows ....
That's good to know Phillipe ... what email did you use if you dont mind me asking ? was it a quick reply ?
And Blake ... absolutely .. I've been doing the same sort of maths in my mind to feel a little bit better about things :)

I had the same problem, and took Philippe's suggestion to email ******@agm-software.com. They also emailed me back the next day with a new link to reinstall Office. So far it's working again, so thanks to Philippe.
