Hi everybody,

I probably messed up my account and I can't enter Azure Portal anymore.

The account used and old email (let's say old@domain.com) that I wanted to sunset so I updated the account to use a new email (let's say new@domain.com).

After that I tried to login with new@domain.com, entered the password and I was told the auth code was sent to old@domain.com but it never arrived.

I tried to recover my account, it allowed me to change the password but, again, no auth code was sent old@domain.com.

I tried another operation, I don't remember the name, which required the Recovery code ("Codice di recupero" in italian), used another email (evenNewer@domain.com) but the login procedures fails in the same point, I don't receive an auth code to evenNewer@domain.com.

It's not a mail server problem because I check the logs and because during my messing around I received various Single use codes from Microsoft to all of before mentioned accounts.

What can I try to be able to log in Azure again?
