I can't log in Azure Portal
Hi everybody,
I probably messed up my Azure account and now I'm unable to log in.
My Azure account used an email account that I wanted to sunset so I tried to change it to a new one.
After the update I'm in this situation:
- I can't log in with the old email account because it's not a valid Microsoft account anymore
- using the new email account I can type the email then password, but I'm stuck with the auth code because it's not sent to the email address shown (something like abc****@xyz.com)*
There must be something misconfigured in my 2FA because I can access other Microsoft pages with the new email account if they don't require the auth code. I even tried to recover the account, I succesfully received the auth code to change the password on abc***@xyz.com but after that no other email was received.
I checked the mail server logs, no message was blocked.
How can I get back into Azure Portal?
