Error on Pearson OnVue

Hi, i am getting below error on OnVue

Video streaming connection results and requirements:

Your home/office network failed to connect to the required video streaming service.

The streaming connection requires that Wowza.com can be reached as well as a stable connection of at least 1mb upload and download speeds.

How to connect to our video streaming service:

Contact your network administrators and ensure the following:
- Any network filtering software is disabled
  - WebRTC WebSocket connections must be allowed to ..cloud.wowza.com on TCP port 80, 443, 1935.

How can I fix this please?

Oh my God, Jonathan, I literally had the same problem. I tested my computer a week before and then days before. It all said fine. Then when I hit the final screen hours before my exam, it said your network connection does not meet our requirements. My internet speed is unbelievably fast and I argued with the person on the phone. I had to cancel my exam because of THEIR screw up. Literally every time I have had an issue with tests or exams it was always pearson vue.

I actually bought a new computer just for this exam because the testing centers are full of people that read OUT LOUD (rolling eyes).

Their response to me: Is it a Mac? Have you tried restarting? We are not responsible for poor network connections. Just think of all the stressing just to get to this point. Both you and I had to cancel our exams. Mine was on the 29th.

I just need to get that software again and use a code but how?

No joke, the people on the phone could not understand English very well and their phone connections are horrible.

@Jonathan: Thank you so much! You are life saver. One more question. I'm gonna have an exam soon, what if I run system check days before to test my pc, I tested the app and started to download questions and I didn't proceed further fearing smth. might go wrong again with this Peason VUE. Is it OK to proceed with testing in advance, no effect on actual exam?? Thanks.

Mircosoft Microsoft, how are you allowing Pearson Vue to scam your customers. I paid £76.80 for Az-900. Did all the system test the previous day in preparation for the exam. On the exam day, I was connected to a proctor, who checked my space and table. All check passed but the exam won't load on my system.

I was told to restart my OnVUE application and my laptop and each time I did, I was connected to another proctor. The third one seems to be dialling in from outside as the background was windy then lied they weren't able to see me and told me to do a restart.

At the fourth restart of OnVUE- I was connected to the fourth proctor, again the exam failed to load. I was then told the exam will be rescheduled and he was to send me the details. He never did and ended the exam. There's no where how the Pearson website to contact support or request a refund.

This is unscrupulous business practises. I've just been scam by Microsoft via Pearson!

Disabling Windows Defender Firewall helps me.
After disabling it, I got UAC with OnVue request network access, and then the test passed

I have solved the issue right now!
Since last week, I always have the same issue. To solve it,

I go to the windows Firewall and activate the communication to Private (Public was already activated)

Since I use a VPN, I disabled it service.

then close the taskmanager and Firewall Windows and then unplug the other monitors. and the issue was solved.

Of course I go back to OnVUE Home page to request a new code.

the code expires and it sends you on a wild goose chase turning off all your security. great way to get hacked. what a mess!

THE PERSONVUE ACCESS CODE EXPIRES YET IT TELLS YOU ITS A NETWORK ERROR AND YOU TURN OFF ALL YOUR SECURITY.

FIREWALL DISABLED ESET DISABLED HIPS DISABLED WINDOWS DEFENDER XDR DISABLED FIREWALL SECURITY CONTENT FILTER DISABLED

AND ITS NONE OF THOSE

JUST GET A NEW ACCESS CODE ONE WAY TO ACCOMPLISH THIS IS TO DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE OVER AGAIN.
