@Andrew Tsybulia Similar issue I handled it, couple of days back, where you need to contact our support via one of the contacts mentioned here (you can pick Ukraine based contact) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

This issue with phone number validation during Azure Subscription Sign up can be resolved by creating a support ticket and working with our Azure subscription team.

Create a support ticket and do share it for reference, so that I can track it internally, get this sorted for you.

I encountered this issue today while trying to create a Free Trial subscription.

I reached out to Sales via the live chat on the sign-up page, and the consultant provided me with the following steps:

    1. I shared my full name, email address, phone number, city, and postal code.
    2. I received a personalized sign-up link via email.
    3. I accessed the link on my mobile device, using a new Incognito browser window and mobile data (instead of Wi-Fi).
    4. On the phone verification page, I selected “Use a different number to verify my identity,” and entered the same phone number, but without the leading zero after choosing the country code.
    5. I successfully received the verification code via text.

You can try registering from your phone in a private browser tab and using mobile data, if that does not work I recommend reaching out to their live support, assistance was pretty quick.

As an alternate option try the same from the smartphone browser.

    It worked for me(region India).

    Hope this helps!
