Disable call quality survey after call ends

Please i need your help on this.

We have a lot of users, that disabled the teams survey option in their setting. But still they are somethings (less, but still sometimes) presented the "how was the call quality" + star rating question at the end of a call.

How do we stop this forever?

I set options to stop receiving call quality survey, but I still get them. It's not every time, but it is unwanted.

This is indeed very annoying and imo shows a lack of respect from MS for its customers;

to make a privacy option to disable something and then ignore that option.

Can you imagine, how idiotic it would be if Verizon or AT&T bothered you, every 10 calls, or even every 10K calls asking about "call quality"?

Yes Microsoft, please give us the ability to disable this , in preferency by gpo like when it was in the skype for business days.

SFB was an app focused on calling and it worked great.

Now teams has a calling feature which is poorly working...

It feels a bit like the time where we had pda's with phone features or phones with pda functions. ...

Both were terrible

Oh yes, it IS possible. Microsoft can put a check box for "don't ask again"! I don't understand why they don't really want to listen. Like changing the Start menu and many other VERY minor issues that they could fix.

If enough people would click 1 star evertime it popped up, it would skew the data making the survey useless to Microsoft. I click 1 star everytime

I am growing so sick of these feedback nags, I have progressed from always providing the lowest rating with a polite comment on the unwanted feedback nag, to a one-star rating with profanity.

Try the policy below to turn of Teams feedback and surveys to see if that helps

Create new Teams feedback policy

“New-CsTeamsFeedbackPolicy -identity "New Hire Feedback Policy" -userInitiatedMode disabled -receiveSurveysMode disabled”

Assign policy to a user:

“Grant-CsTeamsFeedbackPolicy -Identity ******@contoso.com -PolicyName "New Hire Feedback Policy"“

Thank goodness they added a super important "Skin Tone" for emojis feature. But they can't allow normal users to disable this stupid call quality survey.

There is currently no way to disable the call quality feedback pop-up on Microsoft Teams.

In this case, we recommend you that please vote for it in Teams UserVoice. . Microsoft will always focus on customer’s feedback and experience. Some new features would be added to the services based on customers' feedback in the future, and your good ideas will be very helpful for them to improve the service.

When I see this message I enter completely wrong feedback about the call. For example saying it was terrible if it was good etc. This is f*** unbelievable MS behaviour.

Hi, this it not possible for calling.

It is only possible to configure the User feedback behavior with new-csteamsfeedbackpolicy.

No, that is the problem. In Skype onPrem it was possible to disable this rating.
I hope Microsoft will also implement this, because I have some customer who request this.

My workaround for now is a Shortkey (MacOS) / script with a hotkey, that force quits Teams and re-opens it again...

Still annoying, but beats having to mouse from wherever I am in 3 screens to that small decline-button.. :-)

Good News! For Teams Certified handsets, Admin’s now have the option to turn off call quality surveys on Teams phone devices from Teams admin center > Teams Devices > Phones > Configuration profiles> Add/Edit Configuration profile > and turn off Call quality survey (Screen shot below):

great idea! ...sadly: it does NOT work. Teams ignores your privacy choice. European Union shall fine Microsoft... when i have some time i might report this product to authorities...
