The Microsoft Management Pack Catalog Web Service cannot be contacted at this time. There is either a problem with your Internet connection or the Web service is offline.
No Issue with Intenet or TLS
Can access below site. No firewall issue but not sure, it was working fine few days back but now stopped working

This solution is worked in SCOM 2016 . After adding the registry key, the Microsoft Management Pack Catalog Web Service connected. Thank you.

I installed 2022 UR2 on Friday and then wanted to test the catalog and since then the problem has also been with me, perhaps a coincidence. Because the website https://www.microsoft.com/mpdownload/ManagementPackCatalogWebService.asmx is probably not accessible via different internet accesses. Bug or catalog website down?

Same problem for me, freshly installed SCOM 2022 today, updated to UR2, added all registry keys for TLS 1.2 from

Restart, not working; restart again not working. Leave it be a bit, restart, leave it be a bit, still same issue. It's not firewall or proxy issue, there is NO proxy, firewall allows everything from LAN to WAN.
