Continue the task sequence steps after reboot of the target client

I have a task sequence that installs several applications and runs PS scripts that follows up the application. There are also a few reboots in between the application installations within the task. After the reboot task, the task sequence doesn't seem to continue unless I log back in to Windows Server OS. Once I'm logged in, that's when the task sequence continues. How do I configure the task sequence to continue without me logging to the client so the task sequence can continue?

Thanks in advance...

    Hi Simon,

I've verified that each application being installed via TS has these settings for the User Experience tab.

    Installation behavior: Install for system

Logon requirement: Whether or not a user is logged on

    Installation program visibility: Hidden.

The only other thing I can think of is that the TS have several PowerShell scripts the follow the reboot and installations of applications.
