Partner-reported Azure consumed revenue
The partner-reported Azure consumed revenue (PRACR) experience in Partner Center simplifies and makes the report-submission process compliant. The PRACR process eliminates the need to send spreadsheets to Microsoft. This new method directly integrates with your existing Referrals workspace experience.
Prerequisites
Partner Center role: Referral admin role and the co-sell admin role at the Virtual Organization (VOrg) level
Co-sell incentive eligibility: The partner must be qualified and approved as PRACR incentive eligible.

Submit a PRACR report in Partner Center
To submit a PRACR report in Partner Center, you can download a template, fill it out, and upload it.
Note
If using your own file instead of a template, ensure that it's in .csv format.
The PRACR report is available in three formats: Single tenant, Multitenant, and Shared services multitenant. The Single tenant template is used for reporting Azure consumed revenue for a single tenant. The Multitenant template is used for reporting Azure consumed revenue for multiple tenants. The Shared services multitenant template is used for reporting Azure consumed revenue for multiple tenants with shared services.
To submit a PRACR report in a Partner Center, follow these steps:
Download a template:
Sign in to Partner Center, then select the Referrals workspace.
From the Co-sell menu on the left side of the screen, select PRACR reporting.
Select the Download template option from the Referrals | PRACR reporting screen.
Fill out the date range to generate prepopulated fields in your download.
Note
For prepopulated data, a date range is needed; otherwise, you can still use the report you already have and change it to the acceptable format.
The prepopulated data is only the eligible data as per the following criteria:
- Deployed to partner tenant
- Approved deal registration
If you fill in the date range on the Download panel, the following fields will be prepopulated on the template:
- Partner name
- Referral IDs
- Customer name
- Currency (applies to multitenant and shared services multitenant templates)
Select the Single tenant or Multitenant sample template from the Download template panel on the PRACR reporting page.
Select Download.
Fill out the template.
- If the value is null for any mandatory field, an error occurs stating "Missing mandatory fields" and the field names that are missing.
- If the value is formatted incorrectly, validation fails and an error occurs stating "Invalid fields" and the field names that are invalid.

- Select the Upload report option from the Referrals | PRACR reporting screen.
- Drag or browse for your file in the upload field.
- Select Upload.
The file first undergoes a validation process (such as checking for mandatory headers) and then is processed line by line. Based on the number of rows in your file, it could take several minutes to complete the processing of the file upload.
Important
The page needs to be active until the upload is complete.
Once the upload is successfully completed, you get a confirmation and can find your submission on the top of the list view under the PRACR reporting section.
