Gets the first selectable object in the navigation order of the ActivityPreviewDesigner.

An Object that is the first selectable object in the designer navigation order.
Remarks
If Expanded and IsVisible do not contain null references (Nothing in Visual Basic), FirstSelectableObject will return the value of the Activity property of the PreviewedDesigner. If the Activity property contains a null reference (Nothing), FirstSelectableObject will return the Activity associated with the first designer in the ContainedDesigners collection.
