Provides a base method declaration that derived zones can override to handle the details of creating the EditorPart controls contained in a zone.

An EditorPartCollection that contains the collection of EditorPart controls associated with the zone.
Remarks
The CreateEditorParts method provides no implementation. It is intended to be implemented in a derived class, and should be used to create an instance of the collection of EditorPart controls contained in a zone, whenever the hosting Web page enters edit mode. The EditorZone.CreateEditorParts method provides one example of an implementation of the CreateEditorParts method.
