Namespace: Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.Client
Assembly: Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk (in Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.dll)

Syntax

'Declaration
Public Sub AddLink ( _
    source As Entity, _
    relationship As Relationship, _
    target As Entity _
)
public void AddLink (
    Entity source,
    Relationship relationship,
    Entity target
)

Parameter

  • source
    Type: Entity. The source entity for the new link.
  • relationship
    Type: Relationship. The navigation property or attribute on the source object that returns the related object.
  • target
    Type: Entity. The entity related to the source entity by the new link.

Anmerkungen

Notifies the OrganizationServiceContext that a new link exists between the related source and target objects and that the link is represented by the specified entity attribute or navigation property. The OrganizationServiceContext adds this link to the set of newly created links that are sent to the Web service on the next call to SaveChanges method.Links are one-way relationships. Because associations are bi-directional, in a one-to-one association you must call AddLink again to create the reverse link.
