December 20, 2024 Customer Communications in Outlook New Feature: Email Summary ERP attribution This new feature enhances the existing email summaries with relevant financial data. That data includes the customer's outstanding balance and, when invoice amounts are referenced, the invoice amounts and dates. Not applicable
