MDC Sessions & A Naked Guy

The VC++ MDC sessions went really well yesterday, with the VC++ sessions being the biggest draws in their respective time slots.  Ayman and Mohomed did their presentations in Arabic, which I think the attendees appreciated.  Actually, even I could understand about 1/3 of their sessions because most of the C++-ish words and concepts were expressed in English.  Today we'll be visiting the Computer Science faculty at Cairo University and the American University at Cairo.  It has been great to also catch up with Terry Leeper, who is a current EMEA evangelism manager and former VC++ lead PM, and to meet Damien Watkins, who wills soon be joining the VC++ team from MSR to lead our academic efforts.

But by far the most interesting thing to happen in Cairo so far, however, has been an incident that Ayman, Terry, Damien, and I are calling "naked guy on a bridge." As we were driving across a very long (a few miles) stretch of elevated-road-like bridge, about 1/2 way across we see a man purposefully engaged in making his way across the bridge in his birthday suit.  It was so bizarre, yet he seemed to be walking with such purpose, that we're still laughing.
