New releases for MOM 2005 and SMS 2003
More good stuff following on from the launch of Microsoft Operations Manager 2005:
- There'll be a series of local launch events for MOM 2005 and Virtual Server 2005 starting September 24. Sign up for the event closest to you.
- If you just have to get your hands dirty, the new MOM 2005 SDK lets you slice and dice data and reports using SQL Server Views, write .NET apps that manipulate that data, and even create your own custom connectors to feed MOM events to any other application.
And Systems Management Server 2003 customers aren't being left out:
- Release candidate 1 of the device management feature pack adds support for PocketPC 2002 and WinCE 3.0 devices.
- If you want to deploy SMS but you don't have WINS running, then this white paper is for you.
