<strong>[icu]</strong> A code point is illegal if and only if <ul> <li> Out of bounds, less than 0 or greater than UCharacter.

IsLegal(String)

<strong>[icu]</strong> A string is legal iff all its code points are legal.

IsLegal(Int32)
