true 表示計時器會引發每個 DispatcherQueueTimer.Interval; false 表示計時器會在 DispatcherQueueTimer.Interval 經過之後引發一次。預設值為 true。

如果您在計時器執行時變更 IsRepeating 值，計時器將會以新的值重新開機。
