GetWriterStatusCount 方法會傳回狀態為的寫入器數目。

備註
要求者必須呼叫異步操作 IVssBackupComponents：：GatherWriterStatus ，並在呼叫 IVssBackupComponents：：GetWriterStatusCount 之前等候它完成。
GetWriterStatusCount 所傳回的寫入器數目應該一律與 IVssBackupComponents：：GetWriterMetadataCount 所傳回的寫入器數目相同。
