Support varies depending on what type of Microsoft Viva Insights you are using.

| Outlook add-in feedback | Send Microsoft feedback about Viva Insights Outlook add-in | Open the add-in and select the feedback icon (middle icon) at the top of the pane and fill out the feedback form. |
| Inline suggestions feedback | Send Microsoft feedback about inline suggestions through Viva Insights Outlook add-in | When you select an insight action, like Schedule send, the add-in pane opens. Select the feedback icon (middle icon) at the top of the pane and fill out the feedback form. |
| Briefing and digest email feedback | Send Microsoft feedback about Briefing or digest emails. We've paused sending Briefing emails to make some improvements. You can still access the Viva Insights Outlook add-in or Viva Insights app in Teams for key functionality until this service resumes.
