setNamedItemNS method

Adds an IHTMLDOMAttribute object to an element by using its IHTMLDOMNode3::namespaceURI and IHTMLDOMNode3::localName properties.

 

Syntax

HRESULT retVal = object.setNamedItemNS(pAttrNode, ppNodeOut);

Parameters

• pAttrNode [in]
  Type: IHTMLDOMAttribute2

  The IHTMLDOMAttribute object to add.

• ppNodeOut [out, retval]
  Type: IHTMLDOMAttribute2

  The IHTMLDOMAttribute node that the pAttrNode node replaces, or a NULL value.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

This method can return one of these values.

Return code	Description
S_OK	The operation completed successfully.
