responseEnd property
The IHTMLPerformanceTiming::responseEnd property must return the time immediately after the user agent receives the last byte of the current document or immediately before the transport connection is closed, whichever comes first. The document here can be received either from the server, relevant application caches, or from local resources.

An ULONGLONG value that represents the time immediately after the user agent receives the last byte of the current document or immediately before the transport connection is closed, whichever comes first.

Remarks
The value reported by the IHTMLPerformanceTiming::responseEnd property represents the number of milliseconds between the recorded time and midnight January 1, 1970 (UTC).
