ISurfacePresenterFlipBuffer::EndDraw method
Called by the ActiveX control to signal that it has completed drawing to the shared buffer.

Parameters
This method has no parameters.
Return value
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
Remarks
The pointer returned from BeginDraw should not be used after this method id called.
