HTMLWindowEvents3 interface
Extends HTMLWindowEvents2 to intercept events raised because of changes to the IHTMLLocation::hash property.

| hashchange | Raised when there are changes to the portion of a URL that follows the number sign (#). This event is not supported for Windows apps using JavaScript. |
| message | Fires when the user sends a cross-document message or a message is sent from a Worker with IHTMLWindow6::postMessage. |
