GetSelectExFlags method
Retrieves design mode flags for the control.
Syntax
HRESULT retVal = object.GetSelectExFlags(pFlags);
Parameters
pFlags [out, retval]
Type: DWORD
Address of a variable of type DWORD that receives one of the following flags.
htmlSelectExFlagNone (0)
No design mode flags are specified.
htmlSelectExFlagHideSelectionInDesign (1)
Drop-down list item selection indicator is hidden in design mode.
Return value
Type: HRESULT
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

GetSelectExFlags was introduced in Windows Internet Explorer 7
