Installing a language pack does not automatically install any required font packages; they must be added to the image separately.

If your device is using File-Based Write Filter (FBWF) or Enhanced Write Filter (EWF) to prevent writing to storage media, you should take this into consideration whenever servicing a running image because changes to the image might not be maintained.

Omitting this package from your image is one way you can prevent end users from making modifications to the user interface of your embedded device.
