IUpdate::IsUninstallable property
Gets a Boolean value that indicates whether a user can uninstall the update from a computer.
This property is read-only.

Property value
VARIANT_TRUE if a user can uninstall the update from a computer; otherwise, VARIANT_FALSE.
Error codes
Returns S_OK if successful. Otherwise, returns a COM or Windows error code.
