Updates the global permissions for items.

Parameters

• requestContext
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.TeamFoundationRequestContext

  The request context.

• changes
  Type: array<Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Server.PermissionChange[]

  The list of permissions changes.

Return Value

Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.TeamFoundationDataReader
TeamFoundationDataReader with results in the following order: PermissionChange[] - A list of successful changes. Failure[] - List of failures encountered.
