FileType Class

This class is used to configure per-file name extension settings in the version control system.

Public property AllowMultipleCheckout If false, all "edit" checkouts will require exclusive locks
Public property Extensions List of extensions these settings apply to. Do not include the * or (example: txt)
Public property Name Name of the filetype. Designed to be user-readable, but must be unique.
